Treating injuries

One of the most effective folk remedies for hematomas is the combination of helichrysum essential oil with arnica macerate or tincture. Only if there is no wound, apply this mixture or arnica gel directly to the bruise as quickly as possible, just after cooling the injured area with cold compresses. Internally, a few drops of Dr. Bach's emergency remedy (Rescue) can alleviate shock. In the case of wounds, after cleaning with water and soap or physiological serum, dab with a compress soaked in calendula mother tincture diluted ten times to stop the bleeding.
